The Board and the Director of the ICMM met with the representatives of the Chamber of Doing Business in Kosovo and the representative of the enterprise “LINA-KS” SH.P.K.
The purpose of the meeting was to consult about obtaining a processing permit of coal for the enterprise “LINA-KS” L.L.C.
The Chairman of the Board, Mr Musa Shabani, informed them about the legal conditions to obtain a processing permit for enterprises that carry out special operations with energy minerals.
Mr Shabani informed the interested participants that in order to obtain a processing licence they shall have a supply contract for coal with KEK, as a corporation that it is the only one that possesses a mining license for lignite. He promised them the ICMM support for all businesses during licensing, always in compliance with the Law on Mines and Minerals.
