Decision on the use of masks by parties

Pursuant to Article 63 paragraph 3.3 of the Law No. 03/L/163 on Mines and Minerals, by implementing the NIPH’s recommendations, in order to prevent the spread of the cases with COVID-19 to the ICMM’s staff and external parties entering the ICMM’s facility, the Director of the Independent Commission for Mines and Minerals issues this:

DECISION

1.  All parties are obliged to wear a face mask when entering the ICMM. The mask shall be worn in the face during at all times that parties are in the ICMM’s offices. Those who do not have mask in the face will not be allowed to enter the ICMM’s offices.
2. It is required as well from parties to keep the social distance of 1.5 – 2 m during submission or receipt of documentation in the ICMM.
3. The copy of this decision shall be placed in the entrance of the ICMM’s facility and in the Registration Office.

The decision shall enter into force on 08.06.2020.
